This beautiful lady is in the Wildlife Sanctuary and Eagle Centre in Ketchikan, Alaska. She is injured and unable to fly and so is available for visitors to see close up. I loved watching her and snapped away – got some more to share tomorrow!

American Emblem
I’m back from my trip to Canada and Alaska – hence my absence here at this blog. However I have heaps of wonderful photos to share with you and I hope you enjoy them. I want to start with one of my favourites – the Bald Eagle. I was delighted to get many photos of this beautiful bird and so my next few posts are dedicated to the Bald Eagle.
