I discovered a bee I’d not seen before. This is the blue banded bee and it’s enjoying the red and white Salvia in the garden

  - Clara: (nope, while they resemble ravens, they are streperas and not corvids, a family which only contains other currawongs – while closeley related, their behavioral and nesting tendencies are different)
